Made to Order // please allow 2 - 3 weeks from date of purchase for production turnaround plus shipping time of 1 - 4 days.

It is our standard that pillow inserts are to be 2-4 inches larger than the pillow cover, this creates a more full look and gives you the perfect pillow chop. Please see our size chart below for recommended insert sizing ::

No, our inserts are sold solely to customers who purchase covers from our online and/or Etsy store so that they may complete their purchase.

Backorder simply means the fabric is not currently in stock but more yardage has been ordered and will be available again at a later date. 

Yes, you can still purchase an item that is on backorder and we highly recommend doing so. Most of our backorders are due to increased demand and popularity, therefore placing a backorder will ensure that your order will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days of fabric being received at our workroom.

It is common and standard in the textile industry for dye lots to change slightly from fabric bolt to fabric bolt. To ensure consistency with dye lots please purchase what you’re needing of a specific product/colorway all at once, not separately or over time.

We can not guarantee that if orders are placed separately or over time that they will be consistent dye lots. This potential inconsistency does not quality as a reason for a return/ exchange.

Please note that the most returned size is the 18” X 18” - customers do not realize the small scale of this size. We typically ALWAYS suggest the 22” X 22” size for sofas.
